Adex International manages and ships demo equipment to customers requested by IBM sales representatives. The web application we built allows managers to monitor and manage loan requests made by sales agents. In addition, it tracks activity for sales agents and equipment and integrates with shipping department business model. Sales agents can create and manage new loan requests, loan extensions and check inventory and order queues. The queue can be modified by managers as they see fit.
